Description: The sound of films through the construction of their soundtracks. 

The goal of this session is to analyze, using a selection of films representing different eras, the construction of soundtracks— that is, dialogue, ambient sounds, sound effects, and music, and to explain their characteristic features and how they have evolved over time, taking into account the interplay between technological advancements, aesthetics, and audience expectations. 

This presentation will be accompanied by numerous significant film clips.
